The Morning Makeover is awesome. I’m worth 15 minutes… Thanks for helping me get out of stuck mode.

Jordan Reasoner September 1, 2012 at 10:34 pm

Thank you Janet, so glad that you’re enjoying it!

Karlene L Brown October 2, 2012 at 2:33 pm

I go to bed at 11 or 11:30pm every night. I know lack of sleep has a lot to do with stress.

Steven Wright October 4, 2012 at 9:07 am

@Karlene – So true especially if you get up early like most of us westerners do. Try aiming for 1030pm.

I would also like to mention I have severe stomach issues and also lack of sleep, also a low immune system and I know it is all stress related…

I have a severe stomach problem. I don’t eat well, I sleep well and I have a heart-burn and I know is because of stress

Stress that can’t be changed, will get worse, but want to have a good attitude and good health. Any routine stress relief will help. I pray before I start my day. I trust in Him. Just want to see what you got. Go into Phase two tomorrow after 3 days of Intro.
Feeling better. Thank you so much.

I’ve been suffering from GI problems for frikking ages. As a Personal Trainer, the ability to be energetic, lose fat and gain muscles is paramount. And I can’t do this because my stomach doesn’t work. I do hope this will help…

Sandy March 30, 2015 at 9:44 am

is the book available in paper, as opposed to an ebook?

Lori Jo Berg March 30, 2015 at 10:49 am

Hi Sandy, I’m really sorry for any confusion about our book. Right now we are only offering our book online in eBook format (PDF file) so that people can instantly download it upon purchase and start the diet as soon as possible. It also helps us get it to more people on the web without dealing with shipping all over the world. It can be read on any computer or using a Kindle, Nook or other eBook readers.

Michaela June 4, 2015 at 12:06 pm

Hi Michaela – this program is experiencing some temporary tech issues. We are working on the problem and should have it back up soon! If you send us an email at support@scdlifestyle.com we can send you a link to the Bad Day Rewind when it is up and running. I apologize for the inconvenience!
