I go to bed at 11 or 11:30pm every night. I know lack of sleep has a lot to do with stress.

@Karlene – So true especially if you get up early like most of us westerners do. Try aiming for 1030pm.

I would also like to mention I have severe stomach issues and also lack of sleep, also a low immune system and I know it is all stress related…

I have a severe stomach problem. I don’t eat well, I sleep well and I have a heart-burn and I know is because of stress
