I go to bed at 11 or 11:30pm every night. I know lack of sleep has a lot to do with stress.

@Karlene – So true especially if you get up early like most of us westerners do. Try aiming for 1030pm.

I have a severe stomach problem. I don’t eat well, I sleep well and I have a heart-burn and I know is because of stress

I’ve been suffering with outrageous diarrhea, nausea, vomitting and labile blood surgars for months. My hair is falling out in clumps. I’m actually in the midst of preparing for my colonoscopy.

Stress that can’t be changed, will get worse, but want to have a good attitude and good health. Any routine stress relief will help. I pray before I start my day. I trust in Him. Just want to see what you got. Go into Phase two tomorrow after 3 days of Intro.
Feeling better. Thank you so much.

Hi.

I’ve been suffering from GI problems for frikking ages. As a Personal Trainer, the ability to be energetic, lose fat and gain muscles is paramount. And I can’t do this because my stomach doesn’t work. I do hope this will help…
