(Have you stumbled in the past and felt isolated when you needed support the most?)
When you’re sick and alone it’s scary.
On most days, recovering from digestive illness is a lonely and isolated journey. If you’re lucky, your doctors and family support you. But most of us aren’t that lucky and we end up fighting the healthcare system and feeling all alone on this journey.
The natural thing to do is ask more questions. Because there’s something in you that desires a different answer about how to get better. And once you admit this feeling, you can’t ignore it… you have to find the answers – there’s got to be a way to fix your gut.
Finding reliable answers to your complex health questions is hard.
Doctors are good people that want to help. But most of us cannot just call our doctors when we want. But even if we could are you sure they know how to fix your problems? Do you know how successful their treatment protocol has been? How many side effects?
If you’re fortunate enough to find an alternative practitioner who gives you more time, can you trust their ideas? Alternative and natural doesn’t mean successful. So if you’re anything like me you’ll turn to Google and search for answers to your questions there.
But often the answers to health questions on the internet are confusing and contradictory. And worse the source of these answers can’t always be trusted. It’s up to you to make sense of ‘internet’ info, doctor info and what your loved ones are telling you.
It’s like wandering through a forest at night…
It’s so hard to see. Each tree looks like the last and your mind starts to wonder are you going the right way? Should you go towards the clearing? Or go deeper into the woods? Each step could lead you closer to getting out or walking right off a cliff. If only you had an experienced guide to help you navigate.

When you’re on your own you struggle.
But then in the middle of dark woods you spot a campfire. A group of people in the same forest as you hanging out together. Eating, drinking and enjoying each other in the warmth of the fire. It’s around this campfire that you’ll find there are others just like you, doing the same things you are, asking the same questions you are and searching for the same reliable information as you.
Introducing the SCD Lifestyle Inner Circle…

So what is it about the inner circle that makes it so comforting?
1) People just like you with supportive attitudes and war-like determination
2) Information that’s researched & tested for your digestive problems
3) Inspiration oozing from the fun and success of the group
4) Accountability with a boot and Acceptance with a hug
Reason 1: People with supportive attitudes and war-like determination
How does it feel to be surrounded by a group of determined and supportive people? It feels like belonging. It feels like home. The people in this group know what’s it’s like to walk in your shoes. Together we can pick each other up, push each other through it, and take control of our health.
But how do the people treat each other?
Fear hates community… it can’t live amongst us. Fear wins when it isolates us. Within our community, you’ll find motivated, positive and determined members. Fear, victimhood, and self-pity can’t survive here. We all have down days, but everyone understands. We get you. And you’ll be stronger than ever when you see all the support and love directed your way.
Are you surrounded with people like you?
Do the people in your life understand the pain, the appointments, the food reactions, the pills, the fatigue, and the hours spent reading? If not, it’s not their fault. They just don’t have the same problems you do. But we do. And we’re not trying to replace your family and friends, but we do want to provide you with the belonging and understanding every human needs.
Protecting your privacy with a secret, private Facebook group
We know you want privacy. Sometimes you don’t want your friends, family, and co-workers to know about the health issues you’re working on. That’s why this group is a Private and “Secret” Facebook group. That means your friends and family can’t see your activity inside our group. Only the members of the group can see what’s going on inside, so we’ve got your privacy covered. Know that you’re safe inside our inner circle and you don’t have to worry about what others might see.

Reason 2: Information that’s been researched & tested for you
There’s so much confusing information out there. How do you know who to listen to? How do you know what’s OK for you? Finding information that’s researched, tested and relates to your digestive problems is the key. Of course, any membership program will give you information. But can you be sure others have tested, tried, failed and succeeded with what they’re teaching you? Because we can.

So how can you be sure this information will apply to your specific condition?
Do you eat ‘special’ foods? Take supplements? Analyze your labs, poop and lifestyle? If so, then the information we teach will be specifically for you on a regular basis. Interestingly, those of us diagnosed with Celiac disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s Disease and IBS all share the same common issues. We’re up against chronic inflammation, leaky gut, gut dysbiosis, brain chemistry problems, hormone issues… and it’s not easy.
We’re focused on helping you rebuild your gut. But it doesn’t stop there. We’re constantly learning from the best Doctors in the world and you’ll be the first to find out what we’ve been learning and testing .
Each month we’ll go deep on one specific topic…
The best way to share a topic is like the old days, around the campfire telling stories and passing on info to those who need it. And that’s what this Inner circle will do. Each week, we will send you an 8-12 minute video teaching you an important piece of the monthly topic. These videos and stories, will literally climb in your head and stay there so you can put it into action in your life. It’s the exclusive content we haven’t shared on the blog, podcasts, or TV show.

We answer your burning questions each month.
Seems kinda simple right? In this membership group, we want to create content relevant to what you’re dealing with. So we’ll constantly be asking you what you want to learn about. But that means your topic might not be covered. Which does happen in a group, but that’s why we have a special place you can ask your burning questions. So you’ll get the answer you’re looking for.
Not only that, but once a month we will be doing a LIVE Q&A phone call where you can get on the line 1-on-1 and ask questions about each month’s content.
Reason 3: Inspiration oozing from the fun and successes of the group
Have you ever got so determined you lost track of time? Or even forgot what you were trying to accomplish? We’ve been there, and it happens to many people we talk too. They get an idea of the latest supplement that could change their health and they run so fast and hard that sometimes they run out of steam. And sometimes they run the wrong way. We have. What’s the most important thing when this happens? Soaking in inspiration, success and bright energy from people like you. People who don’t judge, but people full of support.
Have you ever blazed your own trail?
Ever walk through deep snow first? And then watch others behind you easily step in your foot prints? Pretty soon, the path becomes a well-worn trail. But someone always has to go first and get their feet wet for those who follow.

The group will regularly and openly be sharing our successes and setbacks… without judgment. It’s not about being right or wrong, it’s about progress. And in a group this positive you can lean on us. And together we can help others. You’ll see others who are trying and succeeding and by following in their footsteps everything will become easier. It’s not that you can’t create your own path, it’s just that everyone gets tired… at some point. And when you do there will be someone else to step in and continue pushing ahead.
Reason 4: Accountability with a boot and Acceptance with a hug
Some people need accountability and studies show that when you participate in a group it becomes much easier to achieve your goals. But part of accountability is acceptance. We will be more than willing to hug you and celebrate and just as important, say what needs to be said if you begin to stray.
We’re all going through the same fight. Therefore we can rally, support and hold each other accountable. Just having a safe and secure place to vent about what is happening as you change your life will do wonders for your mental moods.
Some of main topics talk about in Inner circle
- November: Essential Supplements for Digestion, Inflammation, and Leaky Gut
- December: Avoiding Holiday Diet Doom – The Psychology of Eating Healthy and Still Having Fun with Friends and Family
- January: Four Tests You Need to Heal Your Brain, Gut, and Hormones – the key to Functional Medicine Testing
(All subject to change based on what you tell us… remember, we’ll be asking what you need help with)

Some of ideas we will be discussing in the SCD Lifestyle Inner Circle are:
* Foods to eat or not to eat: How To Avoid “OK” Foods That Cause Inflammation
* Supplements: Specifics of What Works and Why
* Leaky Gut Protocol: How to Fix Leaky Gut
* Probiotics: Tips, Tricks and Things That Work
* Digestive Enzymes: Emerging Research & What to Do (step-by-step)
* Kitchen Tips and Recipes: Yeah, we know it makes this lifestyle so much more fun
* Working with doctors: Do’s and Don’t (and what to say)
* Fixing your hormones: and why it’s critical for re-engineering your gut
* Psychology and Cheating: It’s not your fault… and what to do to end the cycle
Do You Really Need To Become A Paid Member?
No you don’t. The fact is the internet has plenty of message boards and more than enough information on it. But that information and those people are un-verified. To find truthful accounts and ideas that make sense for your situation takes a lot work. In the Inner Circle you’ll have access to people just like you who are thinking and asking the same kinds of questions. You’ll be learning in a safe and secure manner all the answers you’ve always wanted to know.
And you’ll be learning a different topic each month from us. The ideas we share are from our experience, testing and from the best functional and conventional doctors in the world. If you’d rather hire each one individually like we do by all means go for it. But, if you don’t think that kind of money is something you want to spend then I suggest you join us in the private (secret) facebook group. Where no one can see what happens but the members.
Does this membership cost $100 a month? Or $300? Or $450?
You would think a resource that gave you so much value would cost at least $300 a month, right? I mean you can literally pick up the phone and call a coach or Health Practitioner in your city and easily expect to pay $200+ per hour. And if that’s not enough, you could hire leading health consultants online for $300+ an hour. And if you ask several questions over the year, you could quite easily rack up several hundred if not thousands of dollars in advice fees. Because we all know that for every question we answer a few more revel themselves. And then you’ll have to pay more and more. Isn’t it nice to know that in a program like the SCD lifestyle inner circle you have 2 expert opinions and the price is fixed?
So would it be almost unreal to learn that the SCD Lifestyle Inner Circle Costs less than $100 a month?
It’s so unreal that most people think there must be a catch. How can you get so much for so little? How come you get access to a monthly live Q&A session? How can it be possible that you can ask hundreds of questions and get answers . There has got to be a catch.
And no there is no catch. You get everything just as it is described here on this page. And if you aren’t happy for any reason you can cancel at any time.
How do I join?
Click on one of the payment options below and you’ll belong to the most supportive, thriving group of digestive superheroes on this earth.
All calls and videos will be archived from the date you join. You will NOT have access to past calls should you join later in the year- so grab a spot now!
Each month will be a new topic but at the end of the month the ALL the content will disappear. It will be left during the whole month so if you decide to join in the middle of the month you’ll get immediate access to what has been created and discussed that month.
Note: You can cancel your membership anytime, no questions asked. The SCD Lifestyle Inner Circle Program is a recurring membership. This means that your credit card will be automatically billed when your membership comes up for renewal.
There’s no pressure… If you decide our program isn’t worth one espresso or tea that you drink daily, just cancel anytime no questions asked.

Such a great idea guys. I’m doing pretty good at the moment but am so pleased to know that the Inner Circle is there if I need it. Think it’s great that you offer the monthly and yearly plan too as sometimes there’s a blip and the monthly would be great but for some people but others may have more severe problems and then the year will support them right the way through. Can’t believe that none of the Doctors I saw in the past haven’t asked what I’ve been doing to sort my health out they should so be pointing all their patients with IBD etc in your direction. Wish you all the best. Amanda
Thanks Amanda, you rock!
Hope you’re doing well,
Jordan
Hi guys,
I’m thinking about the Inner Circle and I’m interested in the Troubleshooting Class. My question is will I get the same help from the Inner Circle that I would get from the a troubleshooting offer or would you recommend both?
Thank you,
Becka
@Becka – Great question, if your looking to make fast changes and understand your digestion in deeper way then the troubleshooting course is my first recommendation. It’s not that you won’t get changes and ideas from inner circle but that we only have a limited number or hours each month and a limited topic. Where as with the troubleshooting course you get 9 HOURS right away. However, what you do get with the inner circle is a lot more support, personal Q & A and then a monthly topic we will help you master each month. So in other words if you learned a new tweak or idea from the troubleshooting course and wanted some help understanding how to do it for you circumstance that’s one of the major reasons we created the inner circle. The work together in concert.
Hi Steve and Jordan. My name is Cindy and I am happy I found your website. I have been having stomach problems for awhile and stumbled on something called Leaky Gut. It is a possibility I may have this. My doctor is not familiar with it, of course, as most doctors are. I recently bought the book, Breaking the Vicious Cycle, and don’t know where to begin. I am unsure about becoming a member of the Inner Circle because I am hearing impaired and I have to rely on both interpreters and closed caption. I don’t know what to do but I would really like to get started now. My stomach hurts so bad and I know it is telling me something. Please, can you help me?
Cindy
