Natural cold and flu remedies can be miraculous or feel like an utter waste of time and money. And when you’re getting sick who wants to gamble on getting better? The problem with natural products is every doctor or researcher has their own opinion on what products work and how much you should take.
I know I hate being sick and will personally spend lots of money when I’m in pain to try to feel better. And let me tell you, over the years, I’ve spend A LOT of money. Sometimes it worked and many times it didn’t. I actually got sick last year and made a video about my protocol that worked really well (watch it here).
With that said, whenever I get an opportunity to pick an expert’s brain about cold and flu management I jump at the chance. Dr. Tim Gerstmar practices at Aspire Natural Health Clinic in Redmond, Washington and on our last chat we talked about the importance of detoxification for great health.
He joins me again to talk about getting sick, getting well and preventing sickness in the first place.
