Thanks, Praise and Motivation

by Steven Wright

thankyou

Ahh that feeling when everything is all right.

The right shirt, restaurant or partner. I’m not sure words can properly describe it. It’s just a knowing that is way deep inside. I bet you understand what I’m getting at.

That’s what it’s like for you and I. You make us want to be better, get even healthier and work harder. You allow us to make mistakes, to push the envelope and feel needed. And for that we are so thankful.

We hope we are creating a wonderful set of tools, resources and a community that creates that relaxed confidence of just rightness for you… a place that gives back more of the same that you send to us… the best tips, encouragement and sometimes a kick in the butt to keep working on your health.

I hope you know that Jordan and I respect, love and care for you. And we want to thank you for all your support, all your energy and motivation.

Interact With Us and Each Other

I’m getting settled in Boulder, CO and I’m finally plugging back in (if you are in the area let’s meet up). Now that I’m almost back to working normally, it’s time to re-commit to being there for you.

If you haven’t already, you should totally join our Facebook Page.

This is the fastest and easiest way for us to connect with you.

Not to mention, we post daily motivation, tips and ideas to help you on your journey. It’s also where we announce our upcoming events, changes and products first. And it’s a great place to interact with others and gain new insights.

There are many of you reading this who have the experience, knowledge and training needed to help others in this community. And I want to encourage you to step up and help out on our Facebook page. Jump in and reach out with an answer or answers for those who need them.

Give your opinion on our ideas. If you disagree, let us know. (It’s how we both grow.)

In short, our Facebook page can be a wonderful way for us all to feel supported, grow and have fun!

What You Might Have Missed…

In case you weren’t part of our Facebook page last week, here’s some of the most commented, liked and loved posts.

Hey… you’re #notalone. I felt like you needed to hear that today.

I know some days it feels like you can’t do this anymore… but I can see the person you used to be. I can see how far you’ve come. Keep pushing! #nevergiveup

Please know – processed #glutenfree food is not healthy food.

FBcap3

#glutenfree junk food is still junk food. Just sayin…

FBcap4

Today is a #newday. Destroy everything you were yesterday and start fresh.

“It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.” ~Vince Lombardi #getbackup

FBcap6

Recognize that part of your #illness might be a gift. You are now focused on #health and that’s something many of us never wake up to.

FBcap7

#Inflammation isn’t you. You are not your disease. You are not your illness. You are you… and that’s it.

FBcap8

When you get to the point where you want to be #healthy more than you want that #pizza, more than you want those #chips, more than you want that #beer… then you’ll find #health. (probably a bit too many hashtags lol see the comment below)

FBcap9

If I didn’t think you could do this, I wouldn’t spend hours each week posting on Facebook to keep you going… just sayin #belief

FBcap10

I picked out the most uplifting and shared posts I could. Hopefully, these will help you start your week right on the high note that it should be. Not all of our posts are about encouragement, some are tips on supplements and diet changes. In the end, we try and post what we are feeling from the community. So, the more you post, the more we can serve you.

Hope we can connect either here on the blog or on our Facebook page.
