I’m half way thru this & am loving it! Your podcast is so very helpful. I’ve been battling a SIBO for 7 years now & have found it challenging to get good help or support. I took up meditation this year & have had much improvement with pain management as a result. I have found stress to be a major player with IBS/SIBO and now need to get on top of that too. Since finding your podcast I have gone back on my strict low FODMAPS diet & have hope again!

I’m two weeks into the diet and it’s working. Thought I would start thinking about stress so I just listened and wow! Thank you for finding Michael what a resource! I can’t wait to check out his site!
