My son is a picky eater.
Some days, it makes SCD/Paleo like pulling teeth… and for a while I didn’t know where to find good advice from someone that’s been there.
But earlier this year I heard Sarah Fragoso from Everyday Paleo giving amazing tips for kids on the diet and I knew I had to interview her.
Since then, I’ve used many of her tips to make this health adventure fun for our whole family and it’s had a dramatic impact on my little picky eater.
Sarah is a mom, author, blogger, podcaster, as well as a fitness trainer all wrapped into one amazing woman.
Her book Everyday Paleo is a bestseller, and her new book, the Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook, just hit shelves everywhere.
In this interview, we talk about Sarah’s new book and how to make Paleo & SCD fun for kids, even the picky eaters. I really think you’ll enjoy it.
In this podcast with Sarah, you’ll learn:
1:17 Sarah’s journey to better health as a busy Mom and how she started getting healthy as a family
4:04 Her 1st book Everyday Paleo, and improving the health and longevity of your family
