- Take drugs (pills, booze, sugar, food, etc) – this choice tricks our body, numbs our brain, and depresses our lives… robbing us of being in control of our health.
- Do nothing – and then let the stress buildup on the inside and out. Slowly getting more angry, cynical and SICK! Flares and emotional outbursts are really common when this happens.
- Positively manage stress – by making good choices like meditation, prayer, exercise, or laughter to release the stress, renew our soul, and rejuvenate our health.
We’ve done each of them.

It’s not because they want to, that’s for sure.
So what gets in the way?
